Community Outreach Project
I aim to make at least 50 sandwiches a week and donate them to the Community Fridge here in Miami. I started this project on February 2023. I want to help those in need of food. A homeless person or family will survive when food and water are closeby. Please donate food and water if you can. You can do the same as I do!

Art:
Art is another way to unwind, de-stress, and tap into my creative side besides Sailing. Art is the perfect hobby for me during my free time when I’m at home or at school. Art is freedom for my mind to express my creativity in exploring the wonderful world of drawing, sketching, and watercolor painting. There’s something magical about putting pen to paper and bringing my ideas to life in vivid color and detail.
The wonderful thing about art is that it’s a skill that can be developed over time. With practice and dedication, I am improving my technique and discovering new ways to express myself creatively. And there’s no better feeling than seeing my hard work pay off in a finished piece that you’re truly proud of

Sailing
I love to sail! Sailing is also a great way to stay physically active and healthy. While it can be a relaxing activity, it also requires a certain level of physical fitness, as you must use your whole body to control the boat, adjust the sail and maintain your balance on the water. This helps increase your cardiovascular fitness, improve your posture and flexibility, and build your core strength.
When I am out on the water sailing it reduces my stress from school stuff and my inner to calm down. There is something about being out on the water that is both peaceful and energizing at the same time. The sound of the water lapping against the hull of the boat, the gentle breeze blowing through my hair, and the stunning views of the surrounding landscape all help to clear my mind and center my thoughts. Whether you’re looking for a way to unwind after a long week at work or simply escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, sailing can be the perfect solution..at least for me.
Furthermore, sailing is a great way to develop new skills and challenge yourself mentally. Learning how to navigate the waters, read the wind, and handle the sail requires a certain level of knowledge and expertise. As I become more experienced, I can take on more challenging routes and conditions, pushing myself to new limits and achieving a great sense of accomplishment.
Through sailing, I met so many friends and they became my very best great friends! Sailing is a social activity that can bring people together and foster new relationships. Whether you’re sailing with friends, family, or a group of strangers on a chartered boat, there is something about being out on the water that brings people together. The shared experience of working together to control the boat, the thrill of taking on the open sea, and the memories that are created make sailing a truly unforgettable experience!

Race day 2- required incredible fortitude to endure light, shifty conditions in steady rain and low air temperatures. Kudos to the fleet for getting 3 races done!

USODA Day 3 – The fleet met the challenge of 20-30 knots of breeze with steady rain and 45 degree temps and still pounded out 3 incredible races.
